Just a short stroll from Blyth Beach and the famous South Beach Dunes, this charming flat offers a perfect retreat for families, couples, or business travellers seeking comfort and convenience. \- Cosy 1 bedroom flat \- 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom \- Free parking in allocated parking bay Step into this beautifully designed flat, where modern comfort meets a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open-plan living area features: A comfortable sofa for relaxing evenings. A smart TV with streaming services. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all essentials, including: An oven and microwave and refrigerator stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, and basic condiments. Cooking utensils and dishes for homemade meals. The spacious bedroom boasts: A luxurious Queen bed with premium linens. Ample wardrobe space for your belongings. The modern bathroom offers: A powerful shower, fresh towels and toiletries to enhance your stay. You’ll have the entire flat to yourself with private access, ensuring a quiet and uninterrupted experience. On-street parking is available right outside the property, free of charge. PARKING Parking is available at the property. There is a dedicated parking space for guests that you can use throughout your stay. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4m and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
