Guests have access to Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability.

Finish out your days on the back porch in complete privacy of the quiet courtyard, as you BBQ on the grill, enjoy an Arnold Palmer, and card game with close friends, or gather around the fire pit for cocktails under the stars.

With bright, updated interiors and a chic, neutral color scheme throughout, the open floor plan provides a large common area that creates an ideal space for enjoying family and friends. At Cedars Edge the spacious kitchen blends seamlessly with the dining room, featuring an oversized dining table that seats six guests plus island that seats four with plenty of room for entertaining, top of the line appliances and Wolf range. The rustic-meets-comfort living room with dramatic vaulted ceiling provides abundant seating for everyone to gather around the striking brick fireplace, dramatic vaulted ceilings, and natural light that brightens the entire seating area. The living room is flanked by window views that overlook both the inviting front and rear porches.

The home features a second-story primary suite, that is complete with a KING bed, large sitting area, bar with beverage fridge, and spa-like bathroom with claw foot bathtub. The main level is highlighted by a split floorpan that affords privacy for the two additional bedrooms, one appointed with two QUEEN beds, the other with a KING bed, and both with ensuite full bathrooms. You'll also enjoy the convenience of a main floor laundry room with stack washer/dryer, wet sink, bench area with hooks and plentiful storage. The inviting rear screened porch is an entertainers dream, with outdoor kitchen that includes a grill with custom range hood, beverage fridge, serving area and dining table with comfortable seating for five.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IF I RESERVE YOUR HOME? MORE THAN YOU'D EXPECT!
The $30 Daily Resort fee allows us to register you as our guest with the Palmetto Bluff Club, with this registration you will have access to many of the Palmetto Bluff Community Member Amenities. Registration can be made 30 days in advance of arrival.

Upon arrival you will receive your club registration packet that includes your facility access cards. You will bring these access cards to the facility along with your credit card to gain entry. The charge is $25.00 per person/ per day. If you do not use the facility you will not pay the $25 for that day.
The facilities include:
• Two pools, including the members' Canoe Club Pool (which has a baby pool, children's pool, and large family pool) & Moreland Pool (which has a large family pool, and adults only junior olympic sized lap pool).
• Two state-of-the-art fitness centers: The Canoe Club Fitness Center and the Moreland Fitness Center

With registration we can request tee time, court times, and dining reservations which includes:
• Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club - Tennis, bocce, basketball, and croquet
• Reservation requests for Canoe Club Dining and Cole's Dining.
• May River Golf Course (30 days in advance of play) and the new Crossroads 9 hole course (15 days in advance of play)

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through CSA Travel Insurance. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).
