This stylish 3-bedroom cottage sleeps six comfortably and is perfect for families, couples, and dog-lovers alike. Whether you're sipping wine on the deck, roasting marshmallows by the firepit, or letting the kids (and dogs!) run wild, this spot is all about good times and great memories. INSIDE: Kick off your shoes and settle into vacation mode. The living room is the perfect chill zone with a cozy faux fireplace, squishy couch, and a TV for movie nights or lazy mornings. Just a few steps away, there’s a sunny dining nook for six and a bright, cheerful kitchen that’s ready for everything from pancake flips to wine-and-cheese nights. Both bathrooms are decked out with spa-like walk-in showers (no tiny tubs here!). And when you need a little extra space to spread out, the downstairs lounge is your go-to hangout—with another TV, more comfy seating, and major nap vibes. NOTE: I expect we will have more beach this Summer 2025, depending on lake levels and what the lake pushes up. There are lake accesses all along Tuyll Street which is a great adventure to find your favorite! And you can walk 2 min to the Main Beach. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all. NOTE: Parking is limited to 3 vehicles Max 2 pets are allowed Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels. Note: All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25, photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required.
