WIFI | AC | Fenced in Yard | 2 Pets Allowed This cozy cottage is right in the Village of Bayfield, only a block from Main St. The fully fences yard makes it ideal for guests with pets. INSIDE: Kick off your shoes and settle into vacation mode. The living room is the perfect chill zone with a cozy faux fireplace, squishy couch, and a TV for movie nights or lazy mornings. Just a few steps away, there’s a sunny dining nook for six and a bright, cheerful kitchen that’s ready for everything from pancake flips to wine-and-cheese nights. Both bathrooms are decked out with spa-like walk-in showers (no tiny tubs here!). And when you need a little extra space to spread out, the downstairs lounge is your go-to hangout—with another TV, more comfy seating, and major nap vibes. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels. All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25, photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp, wifi connections & may have camera's outside at the entrance) Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund Max occupancy at all times is 6, violation will result in removal without refund.
