INSIDE The main floor features an open-concept layout that’s airy and bright, with a wall of windows that flood the space with natural light. Sink into the comfy couches by the gas fireplace, the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The dining area is great for meals and doubles as a game table for those competitive family game nights. The large, modern kitchen is perfect for cooking up your favorite dishes, and the big island is where everyone naturally gathers for snacks, drinks, and lots of laughs—it’s the heart of the cottage! SLEEPING SPACES Upstairs, the Premier Ensuite is your private hideaway, complete with a Juliet balcony where you can catch the lake breeze. There’s even a cozy seating area with a Smart TV—perfect for movie nights. Approx. 60 stairs lead down to the beach. Access is down the road to the North-see photos NOTE: The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all. Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels. All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required.
