"The cabin was beautiful. It was clean but really needs a deep clean. Places were dusty. Our issue was the AC was not cooling the cabin. We messaged the host and while waiting for a response realized the unit had frozen over. We sent pictures to show how it was frozen on the outside and inside of the unit. We received a response that she was sorry and would see about getting someone out to service the unit. We turned it completely off so it could thaw and left to go hiking. While we were away, we were asked if it was ok for someone to enter the home while we were away. We said yes and thought we would come back to a cooler feel to the cabin. When we returned the cabin was HOT. The unit was still off and we contacted the host and she said she was still trying to get someone there. I kept her informed that we did turn the unit back on but it still seemed to be struggling to cool the cabin. We have not received any response and no one showed up. Our other couple slept with their windows open each night to get relief. My husband and I pretty much slept with covers off of us and we moved to the lower level which was cooler but not comfortable. Robin was very quick to respond with questions and insights to ideas on things we could do. I am not sure what happened with communication about the reported issue. We should have had a relaxing time but it was not very relaxing when you toss and turn all night due to being hot. "

"The toilet paper is the worst I have ever used. The bathroom sink drained slow. The towels were nice and big. The a/c worked well. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice and plentiful.The breakfast was nice. I am not crazy about powdered eggs. The bacon and sausage were good. Overall it was a good breakfast. Boy but at 10:00 AM they lock it down. I think there should be a little grace for people still eating at 10:00 AM. The desk staff was very accommodating. charging for parking is a bit ridiculous for a $200.00 room in Blue Ridge, GA."

"Good location, close to activities, nice views, nice cabin with lots of extras. Plenty of bedrooms & baths, game room & hot tub were big bonus. Lots of outside sitting. Very clean. Quiet area."

"The room was clean but almost everything else was poor. The “breakfast” was bagels, a prepackaged muffin or cereal. The AC was broken and the hair dryer was falling off the wall. The soap and shampoo was not sufficient for 2 people (and I was in their “master suite”. Parking was great but the door to the parking did not unlock with the key. The key cards had to be reconfigured three times in a one day stay. No elevator and steep Small stairs. The owner was very nice but should be putting more investment in the property. Expedia let me down AGAIN. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The rental was clean with a beautiful view of the Toccoa River. There are a couple rooms that were warm at night unfortunately but we made the best of it. I feel like the bathrooms, some of the bedrooms could use some hooks on the walls to help with hanging things but overall the cabin is spacious and cozy. Lots of deck space, lower and upper and we loved the fire pit making s’mores. The jacuzzi was a hit too! "
