« I was very pleasantly surprised, and I admit that I'm pretty picky. Eveeything was very clean and comfortable. Exceptional location. The property overall is a tiny bit dated, but actually in a good way if that makes sense? Hot cookies - if you know you know. We are already planning a summer trip so we can enjoy more amenities. »

« good location, convenient and 5 minutes away from Biltmore Estate. Friendly staff, very clean hotel. Heated pool and jacuzzi were the added bonus for our kids. Our family was pleased with our stay. The only suggestion or complaint we have is the toilet seat needs a bigger cover. It’s a square shape toilet and cover isn’t covering the entire toilet. Other than that all is fine! »

"Hotel très bruyant car donne sur la rue et la porte et la fenêtre ne sont pas insonorisés. Système de chauffage/climatisation d’ancienne génération donc très bruyant. Petit déjeuner immonde. Pas de pain, toast, bagel, confiture… rien! Des œufs brouillés en poudre immangeables et des waffles. Gratuit, ou plutôt inclus dans le prix mais valeur égale à zéro. Ah, j’oubliais, la préposée au petit déjeuner ne parle pas anglais et ne comprend rien à rien."
