We spent most of our days relaxing around the cabin, enjoying the game room (pool, darts) and watching the sun set from the hot tub. We did venture into town (downtown Blue Ridge, lots of shops, restaurants, breweries, etc.) and Mercier Orchards which were not far at all from the cabin. The view from the deck is jaw-dropping. This house has a large wraparound deck with a gate that closes at the top of the stairs so I could allow my dog some freedom. We enjoyed eating meals on the deck and watching the Braves in the hot tub. Loved having s’more’s at the fire pit. The home is beautiful and the windows allow the view in. We enjoyed the game room with the pool table and dartboard. We went into blue Ridge twice and loved that. Gorgeous view from the back deck and from inside the cabin. It was clean and nicely decorated. It wasn’t cluttered. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The road is paved to get there and it is near neighbors. It is only about 10 mins to downtown Blue Ridge or the Lake. The back deck is not screened in so you might want to bring some bug spray. The cabin had great views, but everything inside seemed to be falling apart. Beds were super uncomfortable, some appliances didn’t work and there were leaks in the bathroom.
