The road is a little steep and slightly bumpy so we recommend an SUV or truck for added comfort, especially during rainy months. Our primary housekeeper drives a little VW bug and makes it without trouble. There’s a circle driveway for easy pull-through when exiting. Keep an eye out for wildlife on the way up; the mountain is home to many furry friends! Arriving at night? No problem- we have a well-lit path lining the driveway and up to the front entrance. In addition, the half bath is downstairs directly off of the family game room where the full sized pullout sofa can be found. The the pack n play can be moved to anywhere in the cabin. The full bathrooms are stocked with plenty of paper products & organic soaps, shampoo & conditioner for everyone’s stay. No starter packs or tiny toiletries here! The primary bathroom includes a rain shower head and a spa tub where your stress is sure to melt away. Each bathroom offers a hair dryer and plush turkish towels for all of the guests to enjoy. You’ll find colorful turkish beach towels for the hot tub or for any of our endless lake or river excursions! ☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆ The spacious kitchen is open to the main living room to accommodate conversation. Toiletries, all the spices you can think of, beautiful outdoor space, well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views…I can’t say enough. The beds were luxurious and the bathrooms had high quality. Shampoos, conditioners and soap. Bring your clothes and some groceries and you are all set. The swing and the hot tub were a favorite. The outdoor tv’s were a hit! From the moment we arrived, we felt we were welcomed and served well by the warm and thoughtful hosts. The cabin itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breathtaking view was the perfect backdrop for our vacation, making every morning and evening special. The hosts were incredibly intentional and insightful. Not only did they offer perfect recommendations on things to do and see nearby, but also fitted the cabin with many amenities to stay-in. Their hospitality and service truly enhanced our experience and made our trip memorable. Sacred Stays is a hidden gem in Blue Ridge, and we can't wait to return. This cabin is amazing, Erica and Mark were beyond accommodating, they personally made sure my family and I had everything we needed to have a great time. Erica has thought of EVERYTHING you could possible need in the house, all the way down to the smores kit. The house is so beautiful, full of windows and light, we had views in every directions of the leaves changing color. We had a blast downstairs playing pool and darts, and just relaxing during the evenings. Sitting outside on the porch enjoying the view, you would never know downtown is so close, and that’s one of the reasons we love this cabin. This is our second stay with Erica & Mark, and we are planning to come back again next year because this is a perfect cabin for us. ##### Jesse I. The views were absolutely beautiful, and the cabin had everything we could’ve asked for—tons of fireplaces, super cozy outdoor spots, and a fully stocked kitchen. You can tell everything was top quality, from the soft bed sheets to even the laundry detergent. The kids loved the s’mores starter pack and got to make their very first s’more up in the mountains—such a fun memory. The cabin is only about 5 minutes from downtown, which has great restaurants and shops, and it’s also close to some awesome trails and waterfalls. Erica and Mark were amazing hosts—so friendly and thoughtful. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
