Great Escape is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath log home that sleeps up to eight (8) and offers the following:



King Master bedroom on the main level with 50 inch TV and private bathroom and access to the main level deck

2 King bedrooms on the terrace level sharing one full bathroom

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, cable or satellite TV, internet,  and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Great Escape was a Great Escape!

This property was such a pleasure to experience. Great finishes, clean and great for a family and ladies getaway. Plenty of space and beautiful views. Well appointed with everything we needed from linens to kitchenware. Would have loved to have some wine glasses but not a deal breaker. Directions were a little confusing but we figured it out. Really close to Downtown Blue Ridge. We would definitely go back to this place. property

Amazing home

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this property. The house was very clean with plenty of amenities available. The check in process was seamless and the views were even better in person. Would love to visit again in the future.

Great spot

House was great and so was the view! We enjoyed the hot tub and outside fire place. Two things to note, the arrival instructions said you needed to bring your own wood for the fires. We brought a bunch and when we arrived all three fireplaces had gas logs in them, so no place to be able to actually use real wood. Second, The water pressure at the house is so/so and the bathroom in the basement had draining issues. Your shower would fill up the tub and would take several hours to drain out. We didn't call the property company as we didn't want a repair man/woman to come to the house during COVID. Kitchen pans were so/so. Might want to bring your own also don't have things like a cheese grater etc.

Excellent and clean

Great stay. Cabin was exactly as described and very clean. Great for families and kids and the view is the best we have had up there. Great location, close to hiking and restaurants. Owner was super responsive to calls and emails. Thanks for a great getaway!

Awesome place & view

Beautiful, like-new home with stunning views. Everything was just as advertised. Hosts were responsive, home was cool & ready for us upon our arrival. The only note I’d make is that the road to the house is very steep & narrow. We made sure we were back & settled before the sun went down. It worked out fine for us because we have young kids so planned to eat in & enjoy the hot tub in the evenings anyway.
