While the house has great potential, we did encounter some maintenance hurdles. The host was reachable and sent someone to address a cleanliness issue on our first evening, though we would have preferred the home be 'freshened up' prior to our arrival since it had been vacant for a while. We also found the water heater a bit small for a group of six adults; it requires some strategic timing for showers.
