Sunrock Mountain Dream \~ LUXURY Cabin Welcome to SUNROCK MOUNTAIN DREAM! Make yourself at home in this BRAND NEW, LUXURY cabin with long range mountain and sunset views built in December 2021! The moment you walk in you will be in awe with the high level of craftmanship and the beautiful interior decor. Nestled in the woods of Sunrock Mountain in Blue Ridge, GA and very accessible from main roads. Located 5 miles from downtown Blue Ridge so there are many restaurants and activities within a 10 minute drive. No steep or dangerous cliffs here! This modern, upscale cabin is perfect for 3 couples or 2 to 3 families. This one of a kind home features custom woodwork and stone that you won't find in many other cabins. Built by one of Blue Ridge's most sought out builders this cabin never ceases to amaze you! Every bedroom in this tri level home features an ensuite bathroom and balcony access with mountain views. There is also ample covered outdoor space to enjoy including one outdoor fireplace and a fire pit. Did we mention a brand new hot tub as well? (Hot tub coming at the end of December 2021). The open floorplan of the living room and kitchen create a homey atmosphere with a view of the mountains from the floor to ceiling windows. The large, cozy sectional provides plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the remote start fireplace. The closest grocery store is only 3 miles away so don't have to go far to fill the fridge and pantry with your vacation essentials. There is also a half bath and full washer and dryer on the main level. Enjoy the crisp mountain air and the best view in the house from the main level patio outfitted with a wood burning fire place, sectional seating and an additional dining table for 8\. The patio is completely covered and has a large fan to keep you cool in the warmer summer months. The spacious loft features two custom built QUEEN bunk beds for a total of four QUEEN BEDS along with a dresser and tv for the all kiddos to enjoy movies. There is ample parking for mulitple cars if everyone is travelling from different locations. We also have the fastest high speed internet in the area. Great for working remotely or online school. Cabin description per level: Main Level: \- Kitchen, powder room, laundry room, chef's kitchen with all Viking appliances including a 6 burner gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, dining area, smart tv with cable, gas fireplace. \- Outdoor: wrap around oversized porch, gas fireplace, smart tv with cable, sitting area, outdoor dining table for 8\. \- Master Bedroom with King bed, en-suite bathroom and access to porch. Upper Level: \- LOFT area with 2 QUEEN size bunk beds for a total of 4 Queen beds, smart TV with Cable. \- Bedroom with Queen bed, access to PRIVATE porch and tv with cable. \- Full Bathroom with shower right across the bedroom. It is beautiful with plenty of room for family or friends. My family arrived to check into the property but were greeted to a dirty house which had not been cleaned. I contacted the property manager and she explained the mix up and had a back up cleaning crew there in an hour. They spent 3 hours cleaning the house. They did a great job. We didnt want them to rush as we wanted everything cleaned the way it should be so we waited patiently. We traveled 9 hours to get there so having to wait an additional 4 hours to check in was a bit much. The property manager was apologetic. After we got settled, the trip went as planned for the most part. Some of our friends did get their car stuck on the drive up the mountain and needed to park at Walmart and ride back with us. We contributed it to them not having all terrain tires but that's neither here nor there. I will say, just make sure your car can handle driving up the mountain. The house itself offered spectacular views, games, a well designed kitchen, bathrooms and beautiful decks. I would definitely recommend booking the property. We ran into a few small things two of the tvs had not been setup and the water had lots of iron in it. We havent had that issue at any other places but its new so I'm that will get resolved.
