\*\*\* This tiny home is unique, but it is also a small area (200 sq ft). Please be aware that it is not as user friendly for anyone that would have a hard time climbing up the step ladder to the top bedroom or crawling below to the bottom bed. The shower takes a significant step to get in and out. The upstairs bedroom is about 7ft. tall with a double bed and the downstairs bedroom is about 4 ft. tall with a twin bed.

#### Fantastic Stay!!!!

The property was just as described/photographed. My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay and visiting the surrounding area. It was cool to sleep in GA and eat in TN (only about 10 minutes away). The tiny home itself provided an excellent escape from the suburbs. Highly recommend!
