Sidney’s Retreat is a beautifully appointed cottage in an excellent location. Appreciated the well equipped kitchen (including some basic necessities like coffee maker, breakfast spreads, etc), combustion fireplace with some wood supplied, an extensive games cupboard. Great cafes within a few minutes walk.

This is a cottage not a hotel. It's well appointed
Very comfortable, close to town and the mountain attractions. Love the view. Great place for a family to stay

It's a charming cottage and is very family friendly. A cot was set up and the junior bed was comfortable with lots of toys and great collection of DVDs. Great location with a reasonable price. The service is warm and friendly.

Lovely warm home
Sidney's retreat is a warm home with a wood burning fire and ample other heating options. The beds are comfortable and the main bedroom is very large. The second bedroom is smaller but still generous. It was very clean except for the ceiling fan in the living area which is filthy but probably next to impossible to clean because the ceiling is so high. The kitchen is well equipped. Bath towels are luxurious and cushy but too small. It's great for families as it has a high chair and portacot and lots of kids cutlery/crockery.
