"I don’t think this is a property issue more than an Expedia issue. We were under the impression we were going to a tiny home/cabin. Our reservation did not show which unit we were going to, but the images only showed the tiny homes, not tents. We found out when we got there that we reserved a tent, it was not a problem at all! We loved it anyway, it just would’ve been nice on Expedia’s part to explain this was a Tent reservation."

"The front desk was very helpful! Our TV wouldn’t work and she came up and took care of it. I think it might even have been at the end of her shift, but she was helpful and polite and didn’t rush. When she left the tv worked and she had also replaced the remote. Awesome customer service!"

"We had an amazing experience at Remington. Super easy to check in and felt very welcomed. We had not stayed in area before and their local guide book helped us find some wonderful places. "Attended a wedding just down the road from this cute cabin nestled in woods. Listing and pictures were great, cabin was clean and neighborhood was quiet. Very easy to find and accessible.
