Much better than the nightmare experience we had at the Hilton Garden inn Ocean city MD. We had to make this book as an emergency at almost midnight with a family with yound children. They were kind helpful and went above and beyond to help is get settled and salvage this family trip from disaster

The location, right on the boardwalk, is excellent. We had two rooms which turned out to be in the annex across the street. That was an issue because I was having some trouble with my foot and preferred being closer to the breakfast, the lobby, etc. In addition both rooms had complete kitchens but no table or chairs. Not even a desk space for a laptop. This makes no sense and I wish there had been a way to know it before booking. Breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the veranda with the fire pit tables in the evening. The front desk folks were lovely and helpful (even though they couldn't switch rooms for us.) And the ocean, of course, was right out front and that was the whole reason for going there.
