The location does not get more convenient than this updated apartment on Sunset Drive. With one designated parking spot, just park the car and walk to Main Street for dining, shopping, the park, and more! Located above a quiet retail shop on Sunset, take the stairs up to a private porch. Entering the unit into the living area with plenty of seating and a Smart TV, the open concept flows into the dining space set up for 6 and the fully equipped kitchen. With full size appliances, the recently updated kitchen features a microwave, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, farmhouse sink, and butcher block island. Meander down the hall to the guest bedroom with a queen size bed, Smart TV, and closet. Further down the hall is the recently updated guest bath with a tile tub. At the end of the hall enter into the spacious King bed master suite with another Smart TV. The ensuite bath features a tile shower and double-sink vanity. Queen sleeper sofa in great room.
