The mattresses on the beds were really substandard and noisy whenever you turned over. The dining room chairs should be replaced, and there are almost no kitchen supplies. The location is pretty good since you can easily drive into town, but it's a multi home unit, so be aware that you're sharing the property with others. It does have lots of potential, and I'm sure the owners will update the property and make improvements. They were very communicative with us about these issues, and even refunded one night of our payment. ##### Eric S.
