First hotel I’ve been in where u have to request housekeeping. Receptionist never told us we needed to request housekeeping when we was checking in. So for the 5 days my self and my family was there, our room never got cleaned.

-The property was never the best thru the years but has gone down hill in every aspect over the last few years, there is a micro wave in the lobby that I can guarantee has never been cleaned since day one , nothing works, ice maker, pool has been not open for the last several years. I'm done with them !!!!!
