### Treehouse by the Lake

About this space  
Reconnect with nature in this treehouse like setting with private entrance, loft with breathtaking views, and deck nestled in Monroe Forest. Sometimes you can spot deer, birds and maybe even catch a glimpse of the lake.  
Take a stroll across the walk bridge to the tennis courts, or the community pool, with multiple tables, loungers, and restrooms, inside pool area.  
Play a game of golf at the onsite green or walk the paths & take in nature.  
Dine at the magnificent Sahm's Restaurant on site.  
The space  
Situated on the edge of Monroe Forest and seasonal view of Monroe Lake, this unique, end-unit condo, has a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, a loft with a full bed, and private 1/2 bath, has an elevated deck outside the open living space, that makes you feel like you are in a treehouse! Fireplace with electric logs, for supplemental heat, or just to create a little ambiance.  
Guest access  
Enjoy the community amenities including pool (no fee), tennis court (no fee), golf course, walk path, and Sahm's Restaurant.  
Other things to note  
The Treehouse @ Monroe Lake has a fully equipped kitchen (including dishes, pans, ultensils) with dishwasher, for easy clean up.  
  
Towels & washcloths are provided, just bring your favorite toiletries (there are makeup removing wash clothes in the basket, on the toilet tank lid).  
  
A variety of books and games are available. Table and chairs & string lights on deck. (Sorry no grilling, fires, inside or outside are allowed)
