Wasn't too impressed with this place. This was on my route driving cross country and the other hotels (using the hotels.com app) were priced similarly for a good comparison. Lets start with the positives: Check-in was probably one of the fastest experiences I have had. My paper work was already on the desk, ready to go. I was promptly given my key and pointed to the stairs. The location off the highway was great. Easy to find and next to other amenities. Now with the negatives: Upon entering my room it was SUPER warm and muggy. Not a deal-breaker as the AC seemed to work (although it took awhile to finally cool down). The toilet wasn't even flushed from who ever was in there last (maybe cleaning staff?) as the toilet had urine in it still. Bed was made by a ten year old. Pillows were thrown on and not even lined up. The biggest issue is that when I finally went to bed, I felt a small bug (photo attached). Its the last thing I wanted as I spent another 20 minutes inspecting the bed for more (I didn't find any thankfully). The sheets however were clearly not very clean (another photo attached). The next morning, the shower was "kind of" working as half the water was coming out and the other half just dropping. Time for a new shower head. I didn't even attempt the free breakfast or see where it maybe would have been. My confidence was lost. If it wasn't super late after a 12 hour driving day I would have asked for another room or even refund. And I never have done that.
