This cozy home is perfect for friends, family reunions and business trips. Enjoy the stylish decor and comfort with 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths to accommodate up to 10 guests. There is a screened deck to relax and an office for your work needs. • Located close to local restaurants, shops, breweries • 1 mile to State Farm and OSF • 5 miles to Airport and Carle • 10 min to Downtown and IWU • 15 min to Uptown and ISU • 15 min to Rivian Relax and stay comfortable in this modern 5 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms house in highly desirable location up to 10 guests. Enjoy this spacious home with two living rooms in separate levels. \* 70 inches 4k smart TV in upper living room and 75 inches smart tv in lower living room, also a 55 inches smart tv in primary bedroom for you and your group to login to any of your streaming services while staying. \* Dining room with Table seating for 8 and 2 bar stools by center countertop in kitchen. Equip kitchen offers the option for meals prepared and /or enjoyed at the home. \* Upper level has 3 bedrooms including one primary room has a queen size bed with LED lights and full bathroom suite, two other bedrooms both have queen size bed and share one full bathroom at hallway. \* Lower level has 2 bedrooms both have queen size bed and share one half bathroom next to laundry room and office. \* A work from home office to allow working in private space, with high speed WiFi while you stay in connected.
