Welcome to Olive Street Bungalow! This newly updated bungalow is styled with a modern design touch. The home features 1 queen bedroom & 1 full bedroom (fully equipped with smart TV's). 1 full bath, and a fully equipped dine-in kitchen which opens up to a large living area with an exposed brick accent. The large windows and 9ft. ceilings allow for a spacious feel throughout the home. The living room has a large smart TV with options for Hulu, Netflix, Disney+ and more. Just off the kitchen is a mudroom/lounge sitting area and a large closet with the washer and dryer. The private backyard is fenced in with mature shade trees, fire pit, a concrete bar on a stamped concrete patio. This space is perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a long day.
