The host was very responsive, we had a little struggle with our check in as we were an early check in and the locks didn’t change over but the host was very quick and helpful. The house was equipped with great security, gave us peace of mind for the area. I didn’t get any pictures really during my stay but the place was just as pictured if not better Rp. « It’s an older home with 5 bedrooms and a small kitchen and 3 toilets, 2 showers. It’s very clean and in a good location if you want to travel to Manhattan and not have to pay extremely high prices for lodging. The neighborhood feels humble and safe. Traveled with moms and teens group and felt safe. The Newark Penn train station is large and some areas are better kept than others within the station. There’s a really nice coffee shop half a block from the house where we enjoyed breakfast each...

« The host is so sweet and greeted us when we arrived. There is a code to get into the front door and a separate one to get into the apartment. We had everything we needed for our stay. There is easy on site street parking. The beds were comfortable. The shower was amazing and there is even a towel warmer available! The kitchen has various ways to make meals and there is a condiment station on the kitchen table. Everything was very clean and we had more than enough room. The kids even played...

"À première vue, l’hôtel et les avis semblaient prometteurs. Malheureusement, notre séjour a été très décevant, surtout au regard du prix. Dès l’arrivée dans la chambre, j’ai constaté que les fenêtres étaient mal scellées : la condensation coulait directement dans la chambre, l’isolation était insuffisante et le froid se faisait fortement sentir, au point où nous n’avons même pas ouvert les rideaux. La première soirée, nous avons dû changer de chambre puisque la télévision ne fonctionnait pas (impossible de se connecter à Netflix/Prime Video). Dans la deuxième chambre, le drain de la douche était bouché, rempli de saletés et visiblement non nettoyé. Le troisième jour, la femme de chambre n’est pas passée comme prévu et nous avons dû réclamer des serviettes à l’accueil, avec beaucoup de difficulté. Pour couronner le tout, nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude pour les douches le soir, ni le lendemain matin. Le personnel était sympathique mais plusieurs frais additionnels ont rendu l’expérience encore plus décevante : stationnement à 11 $US/jour, Wi-Fi à 10 $US/jour, et des bouteilles d’eau à 2 $US chacune. Bref, un séjour qui ne correspond pas aux attentes ni au coût demandé. Je ne recommande pas."
