Located on the 5th floor of a residence with elevator, this rental comprises :

\- a dining/kitchen equipped with toaster, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,  
\- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower,

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not allowed.
