« We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup. « Everything was great. The only problem is that food options at the facility are pretty limited and you have to order uber eats. The room was pretty convenient and I had a great view, but the heater was pretty loud. I had to turn it off at night, because of annoying noise. The rest was great! Thank you! »
