### Studio in Zeedijk with Stunning Sea Views

This warmly furnished studio apartment on the 7th floor offers a timeless charm combined with modern comfort, perfect for a relaxing coastal escape. Ideally located in the heart of Zeedijk, it features a furnished front terrace with beautiful sea views and can accommodate up to 4 guests—ideal for couples, small families, or a friends' getaway. The studio includes a folding bed and a sofa bed, both located in the living area, with blankets, down duvets, pillows, and mattress protectors provided for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. A compact but functional kitchen provides all the essentials, including a gas stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, thermos, and cooking utensils. Heating is via central natural gas, with consumption settled through the deposit. Additional features include a flat-screen TV, digital TV, radio, CD player, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies. The building is accessible via elevator (not suitable for standard wheelchairs, unless foldable), and small pets are welcome. Guests also have access to a garbage room and bicycle storage. This non-smoking studio offers all the comforts of home with the sea right at your doorstep.   
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The keys to the accommodation must be returned to the reception by 10:00 AM on the day of check-out
