Located on the 2nd floor, it features two generous bedrooms—one with a double bed (1.60m) and one with two single beds—comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The renovated bathroom includes a shower and sink, with a separate toilet for added convenience. Blankets, down blankets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided. Enjoy the fresh sea air and views from the front and rear terraces, both furnished for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker (filter), kettle, thermos, mixer, and all necessary cooking utensils. The living room features a flat-screen TV with cable and digital channels, plus free WiFi. Heating is via central gas heating, with consumption settled through the deposit. The apartment is accessible via a lift (not suitable for wheelchair users unless foldable) and is strictly non-smoking.
