A cosy studio with breathtaking sea views. The studio has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. The cosy living room with terrace features a comfortable sofa bed. The modern, compact kitchen is practical. The bathroom has a shower and a washbasin. The ideal property to enjoy your stay by the sea in any season! Wifi: yes - parking: not included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.   
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
