Discover a modern and stylish penthouse perched on the 11th floor of Zeedijk 180, where space, light, and stunning views combine for an unforgettable coastal retreat. This airy, beautifully decorated apartment offers three spacious bedrooms — each with a cozy 1.60 m double bed — perfect for up to six guests seeking comfort and elegance by the sea. Step outside to two magnificent rooftop terraces: a front terrace showcasing breathtaking panoramic views of the Pier and sparkling sea, and a sunny rear terrace with an open vista over the peaceful hinterland. Both terraces are furnished for relaxation and al fresco dining, creating the perfect setting for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Inside, enjoy two modern bathrooms — one with a shower and toilet, plus an additional separate shower room and guest toilet for added convenience. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare your favorite meals with its ceramic hob, double combo oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Additional amenities include electric heating, wifi, flat-screen and digital TVs, a washing machine, and all essential cleaning supplies. Access is easy via elevator up to the 10th floor, with just one flight of stairs to reach the penthouse. Centrally located on Zeedijk, you’re just moments from the vibrant Pier, beautiful beaches, dunes, and local shops — everything the coast has to offer is right at your doorstep. This non-smoking, pet-free home ensures a peaceful stay in a prime seaside setting.  
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The keys to the accommodation must be returned to the reception by 10:00 AM on the day of check-out
