Nice views of the canyon walls. Easy to find. The kitchen is nicely stocked with cooking utensils. Dish TV service with basic channels only. A very nice living room TV. HOWEVER, the listing showed WiFi as a basic amenity and THERE WAS NO WiFi SERVICE. DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT IF YOU NEED INTERNET. Cell service is good for Verizon and almost non-existent for T-Moble. The owner waited until 20 minutes before we took possession of the home before he mentioned that there was no internet service. We were VERY disappointed. Two of our guests needed internet service to execute trades in their investment accounts and move funds in their bank accounts. To say the least, they were not happy. The San Juan river area is a popular destination in the fall and early spring. Reservations MUST be made well in advance of a trip to the area. It was virtually impossible for us to book an alternative home that does have internet services. ##### John S. Home is very well stocked with everything you need we did do alot of home cooking and had everything we needed. Our only issue was the Fan in master bedroom was broken. The area is beautiful the kids loved seeing the deer n turkeys. We will definitely be back just not the same time of year, alot of cotton from the cotton woods in the river so it was a bit difficult to fish the san Juan river. (Probably because of the rain storm they had. ) Close to the wines of the San Juan and not far from navajo lake which is also beautiful ##### Franny T. The house was on a great stretch of the San Juan and my husband and kids fly fished successfully for rainbow and brown trout on the private stretch of river right behind the house. We saw deer and turkeys right in the yard. The house had plenty of space and was clean and comfortably appointed. Good communication with the host. The house was perfect for us. ##### jill g. This location fills the bill. It is spacious and well set up. The kitchen is fully functional and well provisioned. This is important since you will almost certainly need to cook since the only restaurant nearby, the Sportsman, is opened Wednesday-Sunday and Aztec is a long drive. Jamie, the manager of the property is readily reachable and very helpful. He called the day before arrival to go over access and procedures. Would stay here again. ##### Nicholas T.
