We spent our days exploring the forest trails, enjoying the fresh air, and relaxing by the lake. The evenings were spent around the fireplace, sharing stories and laughter. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that exceeded all our expectations. If you're looking for a memorable getaway with family, I highly recommend spending it in this Nest in the woods near a lake. The house was clean and well stocked. The furniture was comfortable and we had plenty of room. One small suggestion is to buy more forks and upgrade the kitchen knives. We cooked a lot, so 8 forks were not enough for our party of 9\. But we loved the place and will be coming back. ##### Aksana Z. We all had a great time and had plenty of room in the house. We went skiing at Jack Frost only 14 minutes away. Went out to Lake Harmony that was only 5 minutes away. There was space enough to come together as an entire group & separate when needed. Kitchen full equipment to prepare large family meals and the children loved the game room and fire Pitt. Only a few minutes from Big Boulder Ski resort but be sure to book ahead online for lessons if needed. The only opportunity area would be the hot water. We scheduled showers as the owner mentioned it ahead of the reservation date but even with staggered showers the water was not hot. It was tolerable for some but definitely not hot. Otherwise everything was great and we will definitely revisit the property. ##### Shanaa W. The bedrooms were very nice, the kitchen is a great size for multiple families to gather and talk while cooking and the kids loved the game room.
