Please be respectful of neighbors. • Trash Disposal – There is no private trash pickup. All trash must be taken to the community compactor/dumpsters. • Lake & Boating – Swimming and boating are only permitted in the designated beach area. The lakefront is for viewing only. • Unavailable Amenities – The rowboat and treehouse are currently not available for guest use. • Guest Registration – All guests are required to register with Briar Crest Woods. A registration form will be sent after your booking is confirmed. • Amenity Passes – 10 free passes are included per stay. Additional passes are $5 each. • Parking Passes – 4 free vehicle passes per stay. Additional passes are $10 each. Important Disclaimers • No Smoking – Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
