"Great location and close to Downtown, we got alot of walking in during our stay and the place was great for the price! Lots of options in the neighborhood for food and drink. Only blemish is parking, but we found a nearby parking for a very reasonable price."

"Modern and attractive with any amenity you may need for a longer stay. "

"Great location "

"This is a budget hotel and there may be tenants who are more residential, but one thing that I can say is that our room was clean and consistent with the online pictures. Although there was some commotion and noise around the front desk. Our room was very quiet. We slept well no disturbances. The staff was friendly and helpful. For what we paid, which was about $80, it wasn't bad at all. I would stay there again."

"Great location quiet area"

"We loved staying here! The kitchen had everything we needed: oil, spices, even tupperware to save leftovers! It was so nice to have a comfy home base and to cook our meals on vacation. We would definitely come back :)"

"We absolutely loved this place! Super private and in a very great location. Next time we come to Seattle, we will definitely stay here as well."

"Location near Lake Washington has its perks, lovely area to explore even if just for a short walk before breakfast."

"Everything is really well labeled and they have everything you need to enjoy a long weekend in Seattle. Easy getting into Seattle from here and nice being near the water and the neighborhood is safe and quiet."

"I will book again "

"We loved the cute shower curtain!"

"Convenient for attending a UW Football game, However, the cleanliness was not great. Window shades were broken, limited kitchen utensils, no fitted sheets on the beds and shower door wouldn’t close.. We got lucky with finding a parking spot."
