On the Waters Edge, Unbeatable Views! 3 BEDROOM 3 BATH, SLEEPS UP TO 8 PEOPLE Full Remodel complete with AIR CONDITIONING on the 2nd floor. Snug on the bank of the Plumas Pines pond on the golf course you will find this fantastic condo. This large condo sits on the best lot in the area. The cozy living room has a wood burning stove and 58” smart TV. Staying in is easy with the well-stocked kitchen including air fryer, crock pot, Keurig, blender and quality cookware. The deck is equipped with a 5 burner propane BBQ ready for cookouts. The primary bedroom has a Cal-King. Two more bedrooms - one with (2) Queens and the other with (1) Full-size and (1) Twin bed. Complete with fresh linens and pillows for your convenience. The 2nd floor is equipped with air conditioning. Very few properties in this area have air conditioning, and although the nights are always cool, the days can be hot and it can take a few hours for a house to cool down. Closing the house in am when it is cool will minimize heat in afternoon We do offer a 10% discount on service teams contracted to the area. Contact us for further details. Our "No Pets" rule is based on pet allergies. If you must bring your pet then check our Tree House listing below. We do allow pets there. If you bring a pet HERE then we must have carpets cleaned which requires an extra day between rentals---a cost of $500 is passed on to you. There are other rentals that welcome pets, sorry. Communication with the host (Garrett) was exceptional. Great location at the end of the street. Beautiful view from the deck overlooking the large pond/small lake. A lot of wildlife, including several otters. This unit was very clean with a very well stocked kitchen and a nice BBQ on the deck. Very comfortable beds and nice bath towels. Temps were a little high during the day. The AC kept the upstairs cool, and the ceiling fans were great downstairs. The large, empty garage was a bonus as we were able to store the kayaks and gear each night. The added bonus.... the fishing was very good on the lakes throughout Lakes Basin! I will not hesitate to (hopefully) book this next year. ##### Steve L. There was a slight issue with the cleaners running late, but the issue was communicated and resolved so quickly that it ended up turning into a positive experience! They were even kind enough to buy our group dinner while we waited for the cleaner to finish up. We really loved the location, the communication, and the property. Excellent location in the Plumas Pines GC development. Super clean with everything we needed for an extended golf weekend for my two brothers and myself. Only slight improvement I'd suggest was better/more TV channels/options but that was very secondary to the beautiful views from the home. We'll be back sooner than later!!! ##### Frank R.
