Thoughtfully maintained in its original style, the home offers a warm, nostalgic atmosphere while providing all the comfort of a relaxing getaway.  
The spacious living area is filled with natural light and features a cozy fireplace, making it an inviting place to unwind after a day of golf or outdoor adventures. This two-story, two-bedroom townhome is designed with privacy in mind, with all bedrooms located upstairs for a quiet retreat.  
Step outside from the living area onto the private patio, which opens to a large grassy common area—perfect for enjoying peaceful views of the golf course and surrounding landscape. With two full bathrooms upstairs and an additional half bath downstairs, the layout comfortably accommodates your group.  
Ideal for guests who appreciate authentic character and a tranquil setting, this home offers a rare opportunity to experience the timeless charm of vintage Graeagle while enjoying the beauty of mountain living.

We love our fur friends but enforce a strict NO-Pet Policy on our other properties.   
  
If an unauthorized pet is at the Premises, or found to have been at the Premises,  
  
(a) Renter shall immediately be subject to a non-refundable penalty of $100, in addition to the standard pet fee of $150.  
  
(b) Renter shall be responsible for all damage caused by, and all incidental costs related to the pet; and  
  
(c) Renter and Guests may be required to leave the Premises immediately.
