This inviting beach house of split-level design, provides a superb floor plan which caters for different age groups, and features an abundance of indoor and outdoor living space. BEDROOMS: 4, sleeping up to 8 BATHROOMS: 3 VEHICLES: up to 4 Peak Season min nights from mid December to end of January. Min 2 nights, min 3 nights long weekends, min 4 nights Easter. Open plan living and dining areas are complemented by the generously equipped gourmet kitchen with pantry, Caesar stone benchtops and island bench and a Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge area features a generously proportioned leather lounge suite, digital TV/Foxtel, and reverse-cycle air-conditioning. Entertainment includes DVD Player, Radio, Books, DVDs, Toys, Board Games and Puzzles. Bedroom 1 with a self-contained master bedroom wing is located at the rear of the property, and features a queen bed with ensuite and a corner spa bath, walk in robe and ceiling fan. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the 2nd living area, which includes a digital TV, reverse-cycle air-conditioning and a separate study area or office. Both the master bedroom and the adjacent living area, have direct access to the Hot Tub Spa on the upper decking - a must have treat after a day at the beach. Bedroom 2 with a double bed and ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. Bedroom 3 with 2 x single beds. Bedroom 4 with a single bunk bed to accommodate children only. Family bathroom with bath, shower and vanity and a separate toilet. Laundry with washing machine, clothesline and 2 clothes airers. Listen to the lull of the ocean on the lower decking, which features an outdoor dining setting for 8 people and a gas BBQ. Shaded backyard with a fabulous cubby house for the kids to play. Outdoor showers x 2 - cold only. One at the front of the property and one at the rear. Over-sized, double, remote garage (4 cars) with ample off-street parking for the boat. This gorgeous property also has direct access to an adjoining Reserve offering an extra children's playground or a beautiful green stretch for garden picnics. The house is fabulous. Towels and linen were lovely as were all the special touches like Easter eggs for the kids (and adults), hot cross buns, milk and a bottle of wine. We even had late check out. Everything was a breeze and the house is made for two families. The owners are very generous with the setup - lots of toilet paper, cleaning products, coffee pods etc. It really was a home away from home with everything you need.
