The spacious lounge boasts a large L-shaped sofa, a feature TV cabinet, and a door allowing the living space to flow out onto your private deck. The kitchen is very modern and has plenty of storage. The freestanding dining suite is perfect for enjoying a delicious meal or for entertaining. The master bedroom is spacious and boasts a dressing table, an en suite toilet and a large wardrobe. The twin bedroom features two good-sized single beds, a dressing table, and a wardrobe. There is also a further family shower room. Double glazing, central heating and aerial points throughout.. Set amidst the Angus Glens and the traditional Scottish heather clad moorlands, this tranquil David Bellamy Gold award winning park has its own 20 acres of private woodland walks and features a stunning pond. It features a large charcoal grill, utensils, custom grills, and a central table that seats up to 10 people. All you need to bring is charcoal, great food, and good company.
