Trick or Treat event at the rec center was a hit. Everyone carved a pumpkin to ward off the goblins. The weather cleared up for a nice walk by the bay. Bedrooms were clean but carpets and cupboards were very dated. Not very well equipped for a vrbo. Had to buy conditioner, condiments and spices to cook which have been available at most other rentals. BBQ was very dirty and crumbs under table when arrived. Loved the spot and balconies on both front and back with view of ocean and creek. Quiet spot and would recommend with a few minor upgrades. Short walk to beach was great. ##### Jerilyn P.
