When we checked our room was located in the construction area and the room was old and noisy when we complained to the front desk we were given a brand new renovated room which was very nice. We were very happy at that point except we could still hear the noise from the construction and kids running around screaming. Overall, it was a good experience once we were moved to one of the newly constructed rooms.

Was surprised that the water in the shower was slow to drain. Had to stand in 2” of water while showering. One would think when cleaning the bathtub it would be fixed?

The pool was closed and we explained that's why we chose the hotel to stay and we were given a full refund, including the night we stayed. That was very generous and appreciated. I'll stay again. It must me difficult to find pool upkeep people.

there were stains on the bench in our room. it sounded like someone was holding a wrestling match upstairs. we ordered dinner through doordash and I think another guest of the hotel stole most of my order. I know that should not be the hotels fault but I could not wait to get out of there. I did not feel comfortable there.

The reason we booked this hotel, the pool, was closed due to maintenance. There was very limited parking due to renovations starting the next day (which we were not made aware of before booking) and the staff, minus the front desk attendant when we checked in, were rude.

Our stay was very nice the staff was very helpful the kitchen lady for breakfast was amazing Vanessa the day we checked in Tina was very good the only thing I didn’t get to do was the pool it was too cold to go in

We stay here frequently because it’s near our daughter. It’s always clean and breakfast is usually great. Breakfast manager is really on top of things. I appreciate the 24-hour coffe/tea/cocoa station in the hall, too.

Jacuzzi tub—Wow!
LOVED our room—we got one with a jacuzzi tub and needed that after a long day of packing. Everything about our stay was top-notch! Will definitely choose a Hampton Inn again!

We had a 15 hour day driving with our little one and booked this location months in advance because of the pool. It was very disappointing to be told upon check-in that the pool is closed. We definitely would have cancelled in advance and booked somewhere else as it was the opportunity our child had to burn some energy off in the morning before continuing our drive to Florida. The desk attendant could not be bothered to take her EarPods out of her ears to speak with us and did not explain the charge on my card when we checked in. It felt like we were inconveniencing her with whatever else she was doing when we checked in at 10pm. We will definitely not be back on our return trip home.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. Staff was attentive to our needs. Hot breakfast was delicious and check in/out was without issue. Our family with adult children would definitely stay again.

I've stayed here a few times now. The room wasn't as clean as usual this time but it was OK. The toiletries weren't filled either. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

Our room was clean, large, and comfortable. Employees were courteous and professional. Breakfast was typical of many hotels with eggs, breakfast meat, and soggy potatoes, cereal, yogurt, waffles, etc. Most guests were respectful aside from one group that wanted to party loudly in the hallway into the early morning. No fault of the hotel. PSA: Not everyone in a hotel is on vacation. My only complaint was a request to extend our stay by one night was not executed and there was no communication to that effect. Luckily, I checked in the morning since I did not get any comms and they were able to accommodate an additional night for us. Parking was always available and close to the front door.

Having to call every day before 9 AM to get housekeeping for your room. We were staying for five days an we asked if we could have housekeeping each day. We were told that we had to call each day before 9 AM. It didn't make much sense to me.

Worth the money. Nice safe place to stay. My room was quiet/opposite the highway and saw the morning sun. Very good free breakfast and an indoor pool. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi needed boosted. I was on the third floor and it was weak.

Both our bathroom and pool area were unsafe. The shower curtain was 2 inches below the bathtub - water went everywhere- the staff never brought extra towels (req twice) and no conditioner for 3 girls. My grandson fell out by the pool area - so we went without for my Mom’s funeral. From booking to this was horrible.

When arriving to the room, shower was dirty and found a hair on a “clean” towel. The next morning, my husband had a BED BUG on his leg. We left as soon as that was found. So disgusted ,
