Spacious studio apt w/ private entrance within walking distance of downtown Blacksburg and Virginia Tech. A+ location in Miller Addition, one of the premiere neighborhoods in the New River Valley that is minutes to restaurants and shopping. Includes large studio living and bedroom space, desk nook, full bath, housewares , wifi+ and Roku TV that connects to streaming. We offer a studio apartment that is on the ground floor of our main house. We have soundproofed the ceiling, however you might hear the pitter patter of our little kids sometimes upstairs. We are 3 blocks from downtown Blacksburg and the Huckleberry trail is one block from us. Walk to Lane Stadium in about 5 minutes and to Cassell in about 7\. For those traveling with a small child - we can have a pack and play available upon request.
