You'll be provided an access code to the back entrance prior to check-in. The owners are local, and will be able to be reached by platform messaging during the duration of your stay. Our cozy retreat at Clay St SE, Blacksburg is perfectly situated near top attractions: Just 1.2 mi (3 min drive) from the heart of Virginia Tech campus and bustling downtown A short 14 mi (23 min drive) brings you to Radford University Nature lovers will appreciate Claytor Lake State Park only 25 mi (34 min drive) away - ideal for swimming, boating, hiking, and fishing All areas of the home and property are open for guests 3 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms BR1: x2 twin beds BR2: Queen bed BR3: King bed Kitchen: Full kitchen and dining area Extras: Washer & dryer, cozy living room, private side deck Suite 1482 – 4 parking spaces available • 2 spots on the right side of the house • 2 spots in the shared center parking lot (shared with 1480 guests) \-There are four parking space available for each unit.
