### Minutes from VT! Beautiful new 3 bed, 3.5 bath home in super quiet location.

While this newly constructed home is only minutes from Lane Stadium and downtown Blacksburg it is situated peacefully between a beautiful country church on one side and grazing cows on the other. The house pays homage to the historical 1-room school house that once stood on the same ground and so we call this property the School House or School House Rock. The house has three bedrooms with private baths for each. The lofted bedroom has a new king bed. The two bedrooms on the main level have one king and one queen size bed. The kitchen and main living area are completely open and make for a space that is conducive to conversation, music, or watching sporting events on the large screen tv. Whether you are in town for a game, graduation, or just because, this house offers a welcome change from a crowded hotel and limited parking.

House was stocked with drinks/snacks/toiletries. Had everything we needed. Rooms were great, beds comfortable, pillows were soft so bring your own if your own. Travel size shampoo/conditioner was in bathrooms not bring soap/body wash for showers. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen, grill was perfect and firepit was great but bought our own wood and needed some fire starters but found paper and twigs. Will definitely stay again. Amazing history and book with pics about the schoolhouse that once was on the property. Owner was super communicative.

Beautiful, well-appointed new construction close enough to VT campus for events and visiting students, but just far enough away for views and privacy. Great outdoor spaces on front and back porches, complete with a grill. Thoughtful touches everywhere from snacks and coffee to extra blankets and plush towels to razors and toothpaste, in case you forgot. And fascinating site history too. Would definitely stay again! Close to Rising Silo Brewery, Heritage Park and Gateway Trails.
