Warm welcome, lovely hotel. Clean room with everything you need. Tea and coffee. Comfy bed. Would stay again.

We picked a premium studio suite as we had our 3 month old with us and needed a kitchen and space for the pram and cot (which was provided by the hotel free of charge). The room was huge, so much space. The kitchen was well equipped and the ‘how to use’ guides were excellent. The beds were very big and comfortable, the entrance to our room was behind a private door shared with only one other room, which meant any noise on the corridors was prevented. It was very quiet. Staff were extremely polite, breakfast was valuable for the price and parking was underneath the building (although very tight spaces). Everything was provided, iron, hairdryer, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea bags, milk, etc. In the main foyer there is a place to get cookies, a pantry to purchase from and a screen to order an uber. The location is great, a short walk to the northern quarter and ancoates. Excellent place to stay, we will absolutely return and recommend to others.

A Wonderful Family Stay We had a fantastic stay at the Treehouse Hotel in Manchester and cannot recommend it enough! We booked a family room for three, and it was the perfect base for our trip to celebrate my son’s graduation at Chetham’s. We absolutely loved the theme and playful decor—it brings such a unique, vibrant, and nostalgic energy to the city centre. Every corner has so much character. A few highlights Comfort: The beds were exceptionally comfortable, we all got a brilliant night's sleep. Attention to Detail: From the clever design elements to the thoughtful amenities (filter water on every floor) , it’s clear a lot of care goes into the guest experience. Great Family Space: The room for three was well-appointed, functional, and felt incredibly welcoming. The staff were wonderful, the vibe was spot on, and we will absolutely be coming back again. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and memorable stay in the centre of Manchester, this is it!

Excelent for a quick overnight stay lovely hotel, Very friendly staff room was basic but very clean. Bed was a bit harder than expected but okay. Would recommend this hotel if you need to visit or do business in the area. The food was of a good standard couldn’t fault the service. The room was large and clean. It did smell rather musty though. We’ve been to this hotel a few times and it’s not as good as it used to be. Probably much like some other hotels who have had to reduce standards, staff etc. Reception staff were very pleasant and efficient. Bar staff were the same. Service at dinner in the restaurant wasn’t quite as good.
