Onsite parking is restricted by the number of spaces. They were all full when we arrived so some guests must have had more than 1 car. It would be helpful to allocate at least 1 space per apartment. Cars had parked right up to the access making it difficult to get to the front door. We parked up the road in a good, safe car park but it cost £11.50 for 24 hrs. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Nice, comfy beds and a good bathroom. The weather had changed and was much cooler than it had been. The heating was only just coming on as we arrived at 3pm. It must be on a timer as it seemed to go off around 10.30pm. When I got up in the morning at 7am the rooms were cold. The heating came on again around 8am. The apartment really is very nice and comfortable but lacks a bit of personality. A couple more pictures on the walls might help inject some interest & colour. Overview, a great place to stay and really quite central and certainly within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars etc.

Comfortable spacious spotlessly clean. Lovely lady welcomed us. Tea milk and coffee provided. Can’t fault it. Parking on site(tho we did park at car park end of road £11.50 for 24 hours) Just ten mins walk into town.

Great place. Definitely would stay there again. Very well presented and clean well decorated.

Great location close to the winter gardens and town. Had parking spaces which was great. Only downside was it was freezing in the apartment

#### Amazing Place 

Amazing, friendly host. Perfect apartment with lovely little extras. Free car parking. A short walk to the front. 100% recommend! Would definitely go back.

Locaton was good. Host was informative and friendly. Free parking outside was a bonus. Apartment was very clean. Onl downside was that the mattress on the main bed was not comfortable and i could feel the springs. Overall an enjoyable stay.

#### Nicest accommodation in Blackpool 

Apartment was spotlessly clean and decorated really nicely. Felt very safe as well security cameras in entrance way and hallway. Have been coming to Blackpool for many years and this is the nicest accommodation I have stayed in.

Great little apartment. Well furnished and spotlessly clean. We didn't use the kitchen but was well equipped. Walking distance about 10 mins to the tower, if that. Would use again if going to Blackpool.

Absolutely fantastic 10/10! The apartment was perfect, it was cleaned to perfection and had everything we needed ( more!). The little home comforts made it feel lovely and cosy. The free parking on the front was brilliant - always been a struggle for us finding overnight parking close to where we've stayed so having the car just outside was amazing. The couple who run the apartments are both really friendly and helpful. Location is great, a short walk to the centre or for us with a tired little one we just grabbed an Uber and it was less than £4! We've been in many hotels in Blackpool and I can honestly say this was by far the best we've stayed. Will definitely be booking again and recommending to everyone!

#### Lovely hosts and quieter placed closer to the prom

Peter and Tamara were lovely, very friendly and welcoming. They made contact a few days prior to arrival and were very accommodating. It was quieter than other places we've stayed at in BP, I presume due to being further back from the promenade.

#### Delightful! 

The hosts were incredibly accommodating and friendly. This place is a very quick walk to places like Winter Gardens and Blackpool Tower. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well decorated. We would be happy to stay here again!
