A clean and comfortable 5 bedroom, 3 bath home boasting over 3,000 square feet of comfortable living, this single family home is perfect for a family or group of friends visiting the Black Hills. This home is located in the quiet community of Summerset, SD, just minutes away from Rapid City and Sturgis, SD, and about a 45 minute drive to Deadwood and Terry Peak. The home features a king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds and two sets of bunk beds, sleeping 6 adults and 4 kids comfortably. There is a living room on the main floor with a fireplace and flat screen and a larger family room with a leather sectional and larger flat screen, perfect for a night in watching movies. There's a full gym in the lower level with a NordicTrack Studio bike and elliptical, weight bench, power rack and heavy bag. High speed mesh WiFi throughout the home will keep you and all your devices, as well as the smart TVs throughout the home connected. A fully-stocked kitchen (and Keurig) with an island and bar stools is ready for the next home-cooked meal or you can order in from a variety of restaurants that deliver. The kitchen table seats 8 and is perfect for a night eating-in or playing cards or board games. The covered deck off the back of the home is set up with a gas grill, fire table and outdoor dining table for eating outside in the spring, summer and fall. Communication with Kerry was great from the beginning. She made the process seamless and easy. The home was the perfect size for our party (which consisted of adults and kids). The home was beautiful, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. It was not too far from the main attractions. The home was fully stocked with linens, towels and felt like home. Rushmore, Custer State Park, the Badlands and Devil’s Tower. We used this house as home base. Everything was just as it shows in the pictures. Clean comfortable beds, nice linens, and all the perks like a hot tub, stocked kitchen and lots of space! The owners were extremely quick to respond and made sure everything was just as we had planned on. The location was the best part.
