Currently Surfers Paradise is the only villa in Mt. Irvine with beachfront access. Steps away from the beautiful beach, our villa's prime location allows you front row seats to the most breathtaking sunsets, while you relax in our luxurious jacuzzi or pool. The villa is within walking distance from the beach’s restaurant and bar and the various sporting activities like snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking & surfing. Surfers Paradise is outfitted for you to have the most luxurious experience Tobago has to offer, while enjoying some of the best surf breaks with local positive beach vibes. Our love for surf and beach can be seen throughout the villa. Everything was designed to meet our guests’ needs to ensure a comfortable & relaxing stay. The villa comes with 6 bedrooms in the ‘main’ house which can sleep a maximum of 24 people with additional pull out beds and futons. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and are fully air conditioned. The main house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and outdoor patio area. Above the main house is the 'Treehouse’ studio apartment with a stunning ocean front view. The treehouse can sleep up to 5-7 people but is also perfect for couples who want a private, romantic setting. The entire studio styled apartment is fully air conditioned with its own full bathroom, refrigerator and microwave. The treehouse also offers its own dining area and patio area, which overlooks the pool, with a perfect view of stunning sunsets, offering a romantic ambience. Our Surfer’s Lounge is perfect for couples, small families or surfers, but it is not available by itself. Attached to the Main House but yet situated in an area that gives you full privacy from the main house with its own private entrance. Decorated with the inspiration of the beach, surfing with a hint of romance makes the Surfers Lounge Apartment an ideal vacation getaway. The apartment has a full kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. There is a TV with cable, free wifi, hot/cold water and in a secure compound. There is a small outdoor patio with seating for 4 in the lower gardens of the property and beach access is just 30 footsteps away! It is outfitted with a comfortable Queen size bed, Queen size pull-out bed and futon and sleeps 4 standard and 5 at maximum capacity. Surfers lounge is the owner's apartment and can be made available together with the villa at an additional cost of US$300 per night, if additional space is required. This will be at discretion of the owner, who stays there occasionally. Please be advised that the owner may be on the property from time to time. Surfers Paradise offers an open, spacious courtyard, with a barbecue grill perfect for evening get togethers. Making full use of the available pull-out beds and futons, we can accommodate a maximum of 24 guests. Enjoy the cool Caribbean breeze in a hammock or you can lose yourself with a good book while sunbathing in a lounge chair. Whatever the occasion, we’ve got you covered. Our resort is eminently suited for weddings, retreats, family re-unions and get togethers at an additional cost. Please note that if necessary, staff will be on the premises from time to time to do maintenance. House keeping is available daily from 8:30am - 3pm upon request (for a small fee of $30) to change towels, linens, tidy the house and answer any questions you may have. We are located beach front in Mt. Irvine. The area is perfectly secure with convenient stores and restaurants at close proximity. Taxi services are easily available and you can even walk to nearby restaurants and amenities. Please note that upon booking, guests will receive a contract that must be signed and returned at least 2 weeks before their arrival. This contract requires all guest names, contact details, and valid identification documents for security and emergency purposes. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and providing this information helps us ensure a smooth and secure stay for everyone. Please note that this listing is for 6 bedrooms. If additional space is required, our lounge, which is a self-contained apartment, will have to be rented at a cost of $200 USD per night for the first 2 persons and can be booked under our listing of 'Surfers Paradise 7 Bedrooms'. Once the total number of guests exceeds 22, this additional space will be required Additionally, please be aware that while our villa sleeps up to 24 persons utilising the pull-out beds and sofa couches, Airbnb only allows up to 16 guests for booking purposes. In cases where the number of guests exceeds this limit, you have the option to either pay for the extra guest fee on Airbnb or directly through us. The extra fee is $50 USD per person per night. We had three families staying together but 5-6 families of 4 could easily fit without feeling crowded. The pictures in the listing are accurate. It really is as nice as it looks. The best part about this place though, is the manager. Yes really. My wife and I have been staying in vacation rentals for 15 years and this is the best concierge service we’ve ever had and we didn’t even know it was part of the stay. Our hosts helped us find and manage doctor visits, catering, transport, real estate visits, tourist activities. This place comes equipped with guardian angels and we be one of the best spots you’ve ever visited. I can’t wait to return to both Tobago and surfer’s paradise specifically. ##### Brian L. We decided to invite a couple of our close friends to enjoy the space, so it was four of us enjoying this fantastic villa! My husband and I enjoyed the Master Suite while the other couple enjoyed the treehouse, though they did wish there was a King-sized bed there. Regardless, the space worked out really well for all of us, and we got to enjoy a lot of time out on the patio seating, in the pool, and in the hot tub. Though the hot tub doesn't get super hot, it's the perfect warm temperature in the evenings when the air is still very warm. Daniel was great at responding and answering my many questions in advance of our stay, as we booked 9-10 months in advance of our trip. Upon arrival, and during our stay, Miriam was a wonderful property manager who addressed each of our questions and was available any time we had a concern. She and her team really added to the wonderful experience here so much that I gave her a big hug upon departure. We really, really enjoyed our stay and would book this property again not only for the great hospitality but also for the good location on the island, making it easy to get pretty much anywhere we needed to go (with rental car, of course!).
