Welcome to Mot Mot This 80 m2 ground floor family unit at Pride of Courland Tobago walks directly onto our Salt Water Pool and is 20 footsteps Courland Bay and can sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Centrally located in Black Rock, 19 minutes from the Airport and 20 minutes from the Seaport, it offers convenience with access to restaurants/mini marts/produce and activities within a 5 - 15 min walk. Main beaches ( Mt Irvine,Buccoo) restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy are within a 10 minute drive, making it easy for you to plan your stay to our beautiful island. This apartment which is located on the ground floor, is spacious, well equipped and tastefully designed to offer our guests a comfortable stay in our tropical oasis with all of the essentials and more including WIFI , Cable , Netflix and A/C in the bedroom. The unit's decor and furnishings is inspired by the Mot Mot Bird which can be found in our lush garden. A private patio with seating for 4, over looks and walks directly onto our pool area. The patio looks directly onto Courland Bay with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and Magical Sunsets. This patio comes with 1 private lounger perfect for relaxing and taking in the tropical birds and views. Open plan kitchen / living and dining room: is equipped with a 3 piece sofa, dining table, coffee table, Smart TV, 30 inch glass ceramic top stove, oven, fridge / freezer, kettle, blender , coffee maker, toaster oven, crockery, cutlery and plate/drinkware provided for 4 persons. Bathroom : Spacious, clean and clutter free with double vanity, standing shower, and toilet. Hand soap, Body wash, Shampoo , Conditioner, Hair Dryer and Toilet Paper is provided upon check in . Bath Towles, Pool Towels , Hand Towels and Extra Linens are provided. Bedroom : Spacious air conditioned bedroom, furnished with a queen sized bed which can sleep 2 adults comfortably and a double decker for 2 children. The bedrooms also features a built in closet, vanity, ceiling fan, bedside lamps and an iron. Guest has private access to a Shared Salt Water swimming pool. From the garden there is direct access to the beach, approximately 30 foot steps. We also provide free use of a kayak and Snorkeling equipment upon request. Secured parking on the compound for 1 vehicle is provided . Upon check in guests will be provided with labeled keys for the unit and electric gate. A complimentary basket is provided upon check in to get you started for your stay. A welcome folder will be left on the coffee table which provides recommendations for restaurants, cafes, places to visit, things to do and some information about the unit. Please note that a member of our team or the owner is always on-site to ensure your comfort and security throughout your stay. We also share our space with Mochi and Courly our friendly rescue dogs, who loves gentle interactions with guests. Our lush garden is home to local wildlife such as iguanas, parrots, squirrels, hummingbirds, cocricos, and more. We do our best to create a safe, welcoming environment for both our guests and the animals that naturally visit the property. They welcomed us very warmly and I couldn't have asked for more from their hospitality. The property is beautiful inside and out, with beach access just outside of the pool. The tropically themed decoration and organization of the property gave us the vacation feel we needed to relax for the weekend. Although you will be staying at an apartment, the experience feels more like a villa stay. Our host was truly attentive, welcoming, and always ready to assist. We were so pleased to find that the property was exactly as advertised online. The comfortable beds ensured restful nights, and the saltwater pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing escape, particularly in the sun-drenched afternoons. The apartment thoughtfully provided all the necessities, from a smart TV for entertainment to a convenient clothesline and comfortable lounge chairs. The inclusion of basic kitchen staples like salt and sugar was a thoughtful touch. However, I really appreciated the lovely infinity pool view overlooking the Courland Bay, which was simply beautiful at sunset. Enjoying my morning coffee with this view was a daily treat. Das Grundstück liegt direkt an einem schmalen Sandstrand, ein größerer Strand ist in fußläufiger Entfernung.Das Grundstück liegt sehr ruhig,ein Auto ist unabdingbar. Am Strand von MT. Irvine gibt es eine Strandbar, wo immer was los ist. Zum Flughafen sind es ca. 15 min.Die Gastgeberin Ashley ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich um alles.
