The room is small but lovely. Very clean. No instructions or channels available for tv. The pool area was disappointing as it feels so basic and the pool water is prohibitively cold. Spa is needed to survive the pool.

Every thing went very smooth and quick for check in and out. Room was pretty clean except one hair on the edge of the tub. Not a huge deal because you could tell it was cleaned. Beds were very comfortable. Additional parking for bigger vehicles with boats or trailers next door. My gripe was the hot tub shot out cold water and cooled the hot tub when the jets were on and the pool water was soooo over chlorinated we couldnt use it.

Service was great! Hotel clean and comfortable. Our only complaint ( it’s a little one) the desk chairs were in bad shape. Our chair leaned forward. Our friends that we were traveling with came to hang out in our room. They brought their desk chair and it leaned over to the left. Will come back again.

OK, But Next Time Opting for Somewhere Else
It was fine. Coffee at all times of day was good. Ran out of almond (and 2-%) milk for breakfast and didn’t restock despite request. The one big turn—off: the clumps of long, black hairs on the shower wall and wrapped around and hanging off the shower rail (none of our party has long, black hair). This made us question the cleanliness of the facility. That was just plain gross. Next time we’ll try the Holiday Inn next door.

1) The thermostat in room 203 was temperamental and did not maintain the temperature we set on the wall control. 2) The front lobby and breakfast dining areas were cold between 9:00 and 10:00 A.M. on Monday 02/27. Two small space heaters had limited effectiveness. In general, the hotel met Hilton standards.

Everything was awesome except my one complaint about most hotels…the water pressure in the showers. When showering, the water pressure should be able to wash out the shampoo/conditioner within a minute or two. Having to spend five extra minutes rinsing to make sure all of the soap is out is just not something I like.
