There is room for everyone to enjoy a mountain retreat with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, in addition to a separate suite with a private bedroom and bathroom. About the Home • Open-concept main floor with dining area for 6, double-sided gas fireplace, and living room with TV for streaming. • Well-equipped kitchen with island seating for 6, a drip-style coffee maker, and lounging area with TV for streaming. • Convenient main floor powder room and laundry room with stackable washer and dryer. • Upstairs, enjoy a comfortable seating area overlooking the main floor and beautiful tree-top views. • The thoughtfully appointed covered back deck offers a variety of seating with steps down to a backyard swing. • A Tesla charger is available along the side of the house for guest use. Please note that the driveway is shared. Parking for a maximum of 3 cars is available in front of the house and behind the house on the designated parking pads.
