We were a group of 8 family members ranging in age from 13 to 80 (we celebrated my mom's 80th birthday!) and we all had plenty of room. The kitchen was very well stocked so that cooking a meal was easy. We all tended to gravitate to the sunroom to breathe in the fresh mountain air. Love that we could bring dogs but wish we could have had the opportunity to bring 3 dogs (owner was a stickler for the max 2 dog rule) so we ended up having to board ours so that my mom could bring hers. We went to Asheville many times - 20 minutes of highway driving, and to the cute little town of Black Mountain. The TV in the main living room didn't work, but we weren't there to watch TV so it didn't bother us (the rental agency said they would send someone to fix it when I let them know at checkout). ##### Robin P. Even though neighbors are very close, it still felt very private. We only wish the weather was better to take advantage of the deck and nearby trails.
